Here today we are going to discuss about the new 2012 bikes of the capacity of 1000 cc and in some cases upto 1200 cc bikes are considered and the bike must be a V-twin engine to .Only when the bike is a super sport rather than a hyper sport bike.As already all the sports bike manufacturers have updated their line up of  litre class bikes (1000 cc bikes are considered as litre class bikes).Some have a complete re design and some are just cosmetic upgrades.The ranking of these bikes are based on power torque and mid range horsepower and some other crucial factors.All the bike mentioned below are Four stroke motorcycles as two stroke litre class bikes are not in production.

The bike is powered by a 1190 cc v-twin engine and produces 175 hp and 97 ft-lbs torque.Whats special about the bike is it light weight.It is only 389 lbs without fuel and all other liquids present.It has the highest power to torque ratio.

This Honda super bike is powered by a inline four cylinder 1000 cc engine.The engine is capable of producing 175 hp.The bike matched with its aerodynamic body and a chassis that helps the rider both on the track and on the street.The bike feels smooth for city riding also.which makes it to reach the number 3 spot in the list.
