Top Ten Worst Fashion Trends 2012

In this article we’re going to be sharing some very fascinating worst trends of the past year 2011. We all love to know the latest fashion trend, the most ‘In’ trend currently and so on, but this article is about the worst fashion trends introduced by the designers. I wonder what were they thinking when they came up with the following designs? I’m sure you’ll be surprised to see what those designers came up with, correction: people. I don’t think they should be calling themselves designers because what you’re about to see will definitely amuse you. So, let’s find out the top ten worst fashion trends 2011-2012.

10. Floral Printed Button-Down Shirt (MEN)
Even Peter Brady wasn’t able to pull off these shirts back in 70’s and even today nobody can pull off these shirts. This trend is absolutely BAD! Trust me guys, you all will look as if you’re wearing your Grandma’s table cloth. Always remember, the only flowers you should have or carry should only be on your date, not on your clothes for God’s Sake!


9. Day-Glo Animal Prints
Absolutely No! Day-Glo and cheetah never go together. Ok, when was the last time you saw a neon spotted cheetah wandering in Africa? I strongly suggest you people to leave this crazy trend in the past when it was introduced in 2011.



8. The Romper
Who came up with this pathetic idea? I seriously want to know! There is absolutely no way that this dress and even the trend will look hot. You’re just going to end up as if you miss the old days when you were an infant.


7.  Ice Skate  Heels
It appears that Kristi Yamaguchi and Manholo Blahnik decided to turn into a shoe alliance. We all love adventurous fashion, but this one right here is a complete joke. These shoes will only help you when you forget to bring your skates when you’re out for ice skating. All you need to do is jump on to the ice with these bad boys on! Hilarious I must say!


6.  The Sheer Skirt
Now there is so much left for the imagination! Every single person can see what exactly you’re trying to expose here. Every time I lay my eyes on this skirt, I start to wonder…… well let’s keep this for another post


5. Spiked Heels 
If you’re going to a war, only then these stilettos are perfect. What kind of a man would be dating a woman wearing these stilettos? Yes, men like heels but not the ones which can cause serious injuries to the sensitive and delicate areas of their bodies. One of my favorite ‘worst’ fashion trends of this past year.


4. The D-veep Neck Tshirt
This past year our dear boys moved from bad to worse by trading the bedazzled Ed Hardy t-shirts for an ugly looking Deep V Neck t-shirt. It’s about time they realize that tight t-shirt will not make them look sexy or tough. Definitely a total failure these t-shirts!


3. Harem Pants
Either the pants are short or long, sequins or not, it doesn’t matter at all. Harem pants only makes you look like as if you’re carrying an unwanted load. Can’t believe designers can be so lame!


2.  Bandage Dress
This past year, Hever Leger’s bandage dresses definitely didn’t take the right turn. Every fashionistas around were trying their best to fit in into a terribly tight frock. I can’t believe how did this trend even start? This very dress will not make your body look good by any means, but it will definitely help you not to breathe or move if that’s what you’re looking for.


1.     Spider Lashes
Please never try this at your home! This particular trend is total fashion disaster for people to follow. Women who didn’t follow this trend are the most sensible women around I must say. These long ashes definitely have the ability to accidently hit someone in the eye. A total fashion disaster!
